Warranty Terms

WAV4M’s warranties are valid only on Radioshields branded screen protectors and are subject to the following terms.  Warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must complete the form below.  You will also be required to provide a valid credit card number for refunds if applicable.  Warranties are void if purchased from an unauthorized reseller and proof of purchase is required for all claims.

30 Day Returns

Radioshields relies on referrals and wants our customers to be happy with their purchase.  If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it to Radioshields within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or exchange, no questions asked.

Online Purchases
Follow the return directions at radioshields.com. A valid credit card is required to apply a refund if required. Return the original product to Radioshields within 30 days.  Radioshields will not reimburse the buyer for return shipping charges on products.

In-Store Purchases
Return products to the authorized dealer where you purchased the product within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Your original receipt will be required.

One year Warranties 

For Radioshields Basic screen protectors, WAV4M warrants these products against defects in materials and workmanship only, under normal use for a period of one year, from the date of purchase on your receipt, by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to breakage or scratching, due to use, as the intention of the protector is to be consumable.  WAV4M, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange it with a product of equal value.  Complete the claim information below.  The buyer is responsible to pay shipping and handling charges of the replacement product to WAV4M.  The warranty remaining from the original purchase will transfer to the replacement product, but under no conditions will the warranty be extended.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

For Radioshields Premium screen protectors, WAV4M warranties these products for wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which the product was purchased.  WAV4M, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange it with a product of equal value.  Complete the claim information below and then ship the damaged product back to Radioshields following the instructions below.  On limited lifetime warranty products, the first replacement request is shipped free of charge.  Subsequent requests, the buyer pays shipping and handling charges.

Additional Terms

WAV4M IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, AND LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS. WAV4M’S WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY THIRD-PARTY DEVICES OR THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY CONSUMER. WAV4M MAKES NO CLAIMS TO THE GUARANTEED PROTECTION OF THE END USER DEVICE AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING DAMAGED CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT.  WAV4M RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR SUSPECTED FRAUD OR ABUSE OF WAV4M’S WARRANTY POLICY CONTAINED HEREIN. WAV4M’S WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WAV4M SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THE LAW PROHIBITS WAV4M FROM DISCLAIMING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WAV4M RESELLERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY OR EXTEND WAV4M’S WARRANTIES. WAV4M RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE WARRANTY TERMS AND REMEDIES WITHOUT NOTICE.

The buyer may have other rights based on your country, state or province of residence. Furthermore, some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If any provision of these warranties is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable all other provisions remain.
